Hepatitis B reactivations are increasingly being observed in surface antigen positive oncology patients, especially with hematologic malignancies and with steroid including chemotherapy protocols. In this case report, elevation of liver function tests in a lymphoma patient after chemotherapy is discussed and a review of the literature is given about the hepatitis B reactivations
