The pleural effusion will be occurred in almost all patients with hematologic malignancy during the clinical course of their diseases. Hodgkin and non-Hodgkin lymphomas are the most common hematological disorders producing pleural effusion. The progression of primary disease, secondary malignancy, drug or radiotherapy reactions, infections or autoimmune causes should be kept in mind in the differential diagnosis of pleural effusions in patients with hematologic malignancy. The hemorrhagic pleural effusions were detected in our patients who were followed up with the diagnosis of chronic lymphocytic lymphoma and Mantle cell lymphoma. These two cases are presented in the view of literature because of the pleural involvement of hematologic malignancy is relatively rare in the clinical settings.
