LARGE T-CELL GRANüLER LYMPHOCYTIC LEUCEMIA: A CASE REPORT

LGL-L is a rare disorder characterised by clonal proliferation of cells with large granular lymphocytes. LGL-L can be divided into two major lineage: CD3 ( + ) and CD3 (-) which have distinct clinical and prognostic features. TLGL- L represents 80-85 % of the all LGL-L. The disease has occur in men and women , and principally affects elderly people. Clinical features of T-LGL-L is characterised by recurrent infection related to neutropenia, hepatosplenomegaly and rheumatoid arthritis. Laboratory findings include positive rheumatoid factor and antinuclear antibody. In this case; we discussed a patient with T-LGL-L who admitted to our clinic with fever, arthralgia and piyogenic skin infection.
