The kidney is the second most common site for the involvement of lymphoma though it remains asymptomatic and is not commonly detected with routine imaging studies. Primary renal lymphoma is a very rare lesion whose existence is controversial. We present here a lymphoma case diagnosed with kidney biopsy and presented with a mass in bone.
