Eosinophilia is defined as the amount of eosinophils more than 700/mm3 at the peripheral blood. There are many causes of eosinophilia, but the two most common ones are the parasitic infections and allergic disorders. Eosinophilia can be seen in hematological malignancies such as Hodgkin's disease and mycosis fungoides, and occurred rarely in solid organ malignancies. In this article, we present a case with gastric carsinoma associated with eosinophilia that disappeared dramatically after chemotherapy.
